- ANNABELLA TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Annabella Town Council will hold a meeting on Thursday, September 11, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Annabella Town Hall, 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor Brent Christensen will be conducting the meeting. The agenda is as follows (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or items may be discussed in any order): Town Council Meeting - 6:00 p.m. I.
