HWY. 91, HYDE PARK, UT 84318, Parcel 04-037-0001, AMENDING 12.69 ACRES FROM COMMERCIAL TO MIXED-USE ZONE b. Consider Ordinance #2025-19RZ - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT FOR A PORTION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 520 SOUTH 100 WEST, HYDE PARK, UT 84318, Parcel 04-038-0023, AMENDING 5.112 ACRES FROM R-2 TO PI ZONE. 8. Adjourn:
