- The Mt. Pleasant City Community Development & Renewal Agency Board will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. 1. Welcome - Chairperson 2. Roll Call - Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes - Chairperson July 8, 2025, Regular CDRA Meeting 4. Approval of Claims - Chairperson Invoice Register dated July 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025, in the amount of $99,899.00 5. CDRA Executive Director Report 6. CDRA Chairperson Report 7. Adjourn In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), this facility is wheelchair accessible, and accessible parking is available. Requests for accommodation or interpretive services must be made at least 8 hours prior to the meeting. Please contact the City Office on 435-462-2456 for assistance.
