- The Housing of Community Development (HCD) Division and the Office of Homeless Services (OHS) are seeking input on an update to the Citizens Participation Plan and the processes for outreach and engagement for the development of plans for the Consolidated Planning and Development programs. This public comment period begins March 13, 2023, and ends March 28, 2023. To provide a comment, please contact Alyssa Gamble at 385-249-4808 or by email at Angamble@utah.gov. Comments may also be submitted in writing via mail: Department of Workforce Services 140 E 300 S 1st Floor C/O Housing and Community Development Salt Lake City, UT 84111. At the conclusion of the public comment period, a public hearing will be held to summarize and discuss all comments received. This public hearing will be held on March 29, 2023 at 9:00 AM MST
