- Rockville Planning Commission Regular Meeting Agenda August 12, 2025 6:00 pm The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 12th day of August, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. 1. CALL TO ORDER - ROLL CALL: Chair Rybkiewicz 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Chair Rybkiewicz 3. DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH AN AGENDA ITEM. Public Comment - If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. The Planning Commission will not respond to comments or questions but will take the comments into consideration for possible discussion at another time. Rules for making comments: 1. You must be a resident or property owner of the Town of Rockville. 2. PUBLIC COMMENT SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED ON ANY AGENDA ITEM OR PENDING LAND USE APPLICATION. 3. Speakers shall be courteous and show respect. Comments shall not include obscene or profane language, nor contain attacks on any individual. Such actions will be grounds for removal from meeting upon request by a Town Council member. Written comments may be submitted anytime to the Town Clerk at PO Box 630206, Rockville, UT 84763 or rockville@rockvilleutah.org. Written comments will be published on the Town's website the Friday prior to the Town Council meeting. 4. Consideration and Action for a Special Event Permit at 450 Vineyard Road-Alison Jones 5. Consideration and Action for an Excavation/Grading Permit (Retroactive) 820 Eagle Crags-Logan Hebner & Angie Frabisilio 6. Consideration and Action for an Addition to a Home at 87 W. DeMille Road-Jonathon Zambella 7. Consideration and Action on a Minor Subdivision Request-South Mesa-Kelland Terry- Willie Holdman-(Continued to next month) 8. Consideration and Action for an Addition at 51 Jennings Lane (130 East) for-Max Gregoric-Chance Wright 9. Approval of the minutes for the June 10, 2025 Public Hearing & Regular Meeting Information/Discussion/Non-Action Items. 1. Planning Commission Chair Report-Ken Rybkiewicz The next Planning Commission meeting will be September 9, 2025. 2.
