- BEAVER CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA FOR September 9, 2025 - 5:00 P.M. BEAVER CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS - 30 W. 300 N., BEAVER, UT 84731 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Beaver, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Matt Robinson 2. Opening: Council Member Tyler Schena 3. Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes from August 26, 2025 4. Approval of bills for August 8, 2025 5. Declaration of Conflicts with or personal interest in any agenda items 6. Statement of Qualifications (from RFQ) for City Center Project and Demolition Award discussion and approval. 7. West Side Pavilion at 4-Plex discussion 8. Residential intersection improvement plan (stop & Yield signs) 9. Industrial Park Road Discussion 10. Airport pay system, card reader and gas pump discussion and approval 11. Golf Course irrigation panel discussion and approval 12. Sewer Lagoon DiscussionUpdate 13. Pole banner discussion 14. Donation and Advertisements Beaver High School Yearbook and Gym Marquee Discussion and approval 15. Donation Festival of trees discussion and approval 16. Youth city council discussion 17. CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical, mental health or criminal conduct of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, or water when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property or prevent the City from completing the transaction on the best possible terms; to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, discussions regarding security of City devices or systems. 22. ACTION: Any action to be taken as a result of or arising from discussions had in the closed session. 23. ADJOURNMENT: CERTIFICATE OF POSTING/DELIVERY: The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that the above Notice of Agenda was posted this 9th day of September, 2025, 24 hours in advance of the meeting. A copy of the foregoing notice of agenda was posted on the Public Meeting Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Beaver City website www.beaverutah.net and posted at the Beaver City Center.
