Pledge of Allegiance and Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: (Councilmember Phil Nelsen) b. Declaration of Conflicts of Interest 6:05 P.M. 2. Weber View Subdivision Phase II - Financing. Discussion and possible action to consider approval of an escrow agreement for Weber View Subdivision Phase II located approximately between Pleasant View Drive and 3275 North, 200 West and 325 West. (Presenter: Amy Mabey) 3. Adjournment Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, commencing at 6:00 PM. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
