For public comment and special accommodations instructions, please see the meeting information following this agenda. 1. Call to Order and Opening Remarks - Chair Carlton Christensen 2. Discussion Items a. 2026 Draft Tentative Budget Work Session - Jay Fox, Kim Shanklin, Nichol Bourdeaux, Andres Colman, Alisha Garrett, Ann Green-Barton, Viola Miller, Jared Scarbrough 4.
