- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE The Planning Commission of Fairfield, Utah, shall hold a Regular Session on September 9, 2025, @ 6:00 P.M., At the Fairfield Town Office, 121 West Main Street, Fairfield, Utah. Agenda Call to Order Roll Call Public Hearing The Commission will accept public comment and may make a recommendation to the Town Council for the following items: (No more than 2 minutes per person, with a 14-minute limit for each item.) Presentation on the Fairfield Industrial Park Development Agreement, approximately located at 400 S Allens Ranch Road. Public Comment on the Fairfield Industrial Park Development Agreement, approximately located at 400 S Allens Ranch Road. Commissioner Discussion on the Fairfield Industrial Park Development Agreement, approximately located at 400 S Allens Ranch Road. Motion to send the Fairfield Industrial Park Development Agreement, approximately located at 400 S Allens Ranch Road, to the Town Council for approval.
