- Rockville Planning Commission Regular Meeting Agenda September 9, 2025 The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 9th day of September, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. 1. CALL TO ORDER - ROLL CALL: Chair Rybkiewicz 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Chair Rybkiewicz 3. DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH AN AGENDA ITEM. Public Comment - If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. The Planning Commission will not respond to comments or questions but will take the comments into consideration for possible discussion at another time. Rules for making comments: 1 . You must be a resident or property owner of the Town of Rockville. 2 PUBLIC COMMENT SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED ON ANY AGENDA ITEM OR PENDING LAND USE APPLICATION. 3 Speakers shall be courteous and show respect. Comments shall not include obscene or profane language, nor contain attacks on any individual. Such actions will be grounds for removal from meeting upon request by a Planning Commission member. Written comments may be submitted anytime to the Town Clerk at PO Box 630206, Rockville, UT 84763 or rockville@rockvilleutah.aov Written comments wi l be published on the Town's website the prior to the Planning Commission meeting. 4. Consideration and Action for an Addition at 51 Jennings Lane (130 East) for-Max Gregoric-Chance Wright 5. Consideration and Action on a Minor Subdivision Request-South Mesa-Kelland Terry-Willie Holdman 6. Approval of the minutes for the August 12 2025 Regular Meeting Information/Discussion/Non-Action Items. 1 . Planning Commission Chair Report-Ken Rybkiewicz The next Planning Commission meeting will be October 14, 2025. 2 Town Office Report Update on Doyle Timmons Hydrology Study-429 West Main (now required for all river work) 3 Motion to Adjourn.
