- TOWN OF STERLING PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION WILL HOLD THEIR NEXT MEETING ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 9, 2025 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. The Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Commission Chairman, Judith Wadley, Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call Approval of minutes from previous meeting(s). Discussion/Concerns brought up by community members or Commission not to be voted on. Discussion and vote on updated Building Application form Discussion and vote on Sterling Town Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (APFO) Discussion on Annexation Policy and Ordinance. All Commission and staff to complete the Annual Policies and Procedures Training and OPMA Training by Sept 5, 2025. Meeting Adjournment.
