- SEPTEMBER 8, 2025 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Design Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The public hearing shall be preceded by a work session from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. City Staff will host the meeting, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 678 S Pleasant Grove Blvd (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jeff Likes for a commercial site plan amendment to install an outdoor patio area located at 678 S Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. 2. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1563 W State Street (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of David Runnells for a commercial site plan for a retail building located at approximately 1563 W State Street in The Grove - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. 3. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1511 W State Street (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of David Runnells for a commercial site plan for a restaurant located at approximately 1511 W State Street in The Grove - Commercial Sales Subdistrict.
