- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND RESIDENTS OF UINTAH COUNTY: Notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the UINTAH ANIMAL CONTROL AND SHELTER SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT will hold a meeting in the North Conference Room of the Uintah County Building at 152 East 100 North, Vernal Utah on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. AGENDA OPENING CEREMONY 1. Welcome by Chair-Person-Debra Hamaker (1 min) 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Inspirational or Humorous Thought STANDING BUSINESS 1. Request for Approval of Minutes from the August 8th, 2025 Meeting (2 mins) 2. Request for Approval of the Slide-in Dog box Quote- (5 mins) 3. Request to Remove the Retired Director from the Banking Information (2 mins) 4.
