- PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday September 9, 2025 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting August 5, 2025. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) September 2025. 3. Report on Section 8 Waiting List opening Sept 3, 2025 8:00 am. 4. Report new SGHA Payment Standards effective 10-1-2025. 5. SEMAP Certification finished and submitted to HUD. 6. Discuss 2025-2026 SGHA budget. 7. Introduce Ryan Dooley St. George City Attorney 8. Update Admin updates from Nan McKay (Consulting firm) HOTMA, INSPIRE. 9. Training update MRI Ascend Conference. 10. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 11. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The St. George Housing Authority will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing Housing Authority programs.
