(Uintah County) 7. Supplemental Funding and Change of Scope 7.1 Daggett County LBA - Request for scope of work to include XRAY equipment. Funded 6-6-2024: $7,233,000 ($1,447,000 loan for 30 years @ 0.5% and a $5,786,000 grant) Community Health Center (Daggett County) No new funding 7.2 Town of Manila - Supplemental $275,000 ($154,000 Grant, $121,000 Loan 30 Yr. @ 1.5%) Water System Improvements (Daggett County) Original Funding 2-1-2024: $220,000 loan for 30 years @ 1.5% and a $280,000 grant (total $500,000) 8.
