- KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from Symphony Homes who is requesting a zone change for properties located at approximately 1800 South 550 West from R-A Residential Agricultural District, A-1 Light Agricultural District, and A-5 Heavy Agricultural District to R-1 Single Family Residential District and R-M Multiple Family Residential District. The subject property totals approximately 52 acres and the applicant is proposing a master planned community through a development agreement. The proposed project includes a total of 293 dwellings, including 193 single family detached homes and 102 townhomes. A proposed site plan is on the back side of this notice. Comments may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through an online form at: https://www.kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
