PUBLIC WELCOME TO ATTEND Attendees: Chairman: Karen Blenkinship , Vice-Chairman- Greg Maranto, Treasurer- Diane Hundal, IT-Rantandeep(Tony) Hundal, Clerk- Jean Wojtyla Water Master- Shawn Bain. CCC Administrator- Martin Mathis Invited Attendees: Lex Howard, Bonnie Matthews & Stephanie Furnival Vote on May 15th Meeting Minutes 1. Karen will ask the invited attendees to present their statements and questions. 2. Report on Accomplishments made in May/ Water Master & CCC Administrator Shawn - Any new developments? Marty- Provide our training flyer for our spring distribution to residents (we now need 2 minimum to meet our CCC administrator duty mandates for the quarterly requirements) Next required is September and December. 3. Tony- Report on Water usage in May 4. Greg- Report on Power usage in May 5. Diane- Provide financials through May 2025 Provide the following reports; P&L STD Financial -May 2025 P&L STD YTD at a Glance -May 2025 Provide May 2025's Invoice Register to Karen for Approval Present to the board the suggestions for our refundable deposit amount currently in Pelorus. What is the status of the letter to our residents from Tony? Present the current Training status of all board members required before June 30th, 2025 per directive from Susan Lewis in Washington County, UT Karen - Were you able to get US Bank to waive the fee for exceeding their limits of deposits per month? 7. Jean- Provide our A/R Aging Report- Jean report on the no.of late payments in May. 8. Tony- Provide the progress of our Water Conservation Plan to our website which is part of the Checklist for our Loan requirements 9. Jean- Provide the status of the reports sent to our Loan Auditor in May. New Business Items: 1. Jean asked the board by email on 5/31/25 to review the following in our Policies and Procedures: 'I want to add a request for a vote on the wording change in our Policies & Procedures to say our 'Current Fee Schedule' wherever 'Amendment A' was noted previously or just 'Fee Schedule' was noted. A draft of these changes were made and this is where they were found; See page 14, 8.1.2 & 8.1.5 Page 15, 8.1.6 & 8.2.2 Page 16, 8.3.1 , 8.3.2 & 8.3.3 Page 17, 8.8.1 Page 18 8.9.1 & 8.10.1 Page 19 , 8.12.2 Page 35 , 11.3.1 Page 36 , 11.3.6, 11.3.7 Page 37, 11.3.8 Page 39, 11.7.1 Karen please have us take a vote on these changes so that the update of our P&P will say June 19,2025 2. Karen - Remind the board of our next scheduled meeting Thursday, July 17th, 2025 @ 6:00 pm 3. Karen- Request a motion to adjourn this meeting
