- PARK CITY COUNCIL MEETING SUMMIT COUNTY, UTAH August 18, 2025 The City Council and Planning Commission of Park City, Utah, will hold a special joint meeting in person at the Marsac Municipal Building, City Council Chambers, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060. General Plan - The City Council and Planning Commission Will Review and Provide Input on the Draft Recommendations for the Updated General Plan.
