- Notice of Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Richfield Sevier County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Roll Call 2. Administrative actions - a. Conditional Use Permit - Peterson Plumbing to request a conditional use recommendation for a building to be located at approximately 500 East and 100 South. A C2 use in an MD (Manufacturing and Distribution District) Zone. b. Site Plan Review - Review the site plan for the Cove Junction Apartments Phase 2. 3. Minutes Approval i. Consider approving minutes of meeting hosted July 9, 2025. 4. Other Business 5. Adjournment.
