- NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing on September 11, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the below listed items. NOTE: The Planning Commission meeting will be held in person as well as online via Zoom. For Online meeting participation for the Planning Commission meeting, please click on the following link (comments can be made during the public comment portion of the meeting once recognized by the host): https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86141750969?pwd=ZGRhdVp2bzIxZUk1cUNsbUhHSzBHQT09. Public comments and questions for the Planning Commission meeting can also be made via email prior to September 10th at 5:00 p.m. Emails should be sent to PlanningCommission@wasatch.utah.gov. For questions regarding connecting to the webinar please call the Planning Department at 435-657-3205. The Planning Commission meeting will also be available for viewing live and afterwards from the Wasatch County Website: https://docs.wasatch.utah.gov/OnBaseAgendaOnline/. Regular Agenda: All matters listed on the regular agenda will be presented and heard individually by the Planning Commission. 1. Berg Engineering, representing Richard Cliften, requests Preliminary Subdivision approval for a 6-lot subdivision on 13.5 acres located at 1380 S Mills Lane in the RA-1 zone. (DEV-10687; Anna Anglin) 2. Christopher Talbott, representing Wildwood Reserve Development LLC, requests a final Site Plan review for a new one-story building, a pool, a spa and an outdoor recreation area for the Wildwood Reserve residential subdivision located at the intersection of Panorama View Way and Fireside Drive on the northeast corner in the (JBOZ) zone. (DEV-10796, Anna Anglin) 3. Discussion and direction regarding the progress of the General Plan update, specifically focusing on Goals and Policies that have been prepared based on public outreach and advisory committee feedback. (Austin Corry) *Note that this discussion item will also be included on the County Council agenda for September 17, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. See County Council agenda for further details. All interested persons are invited to attend. A work meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m. prior to the regular Planning Commission meeting. This work meeting is for discussion purposes only. The public is welcome to attend, however formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 6:00 p.m. For information, please call the Planning Department at 435-657-3205
