- HUNTSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AND WORK SESSIONS Thursday, August 21, 2025, Huntsville Town Hall, 7474 E. 200 S. 3:30, 5:00, and 6:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting and Work Sessions on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at the Huntsville Town Hall 7474 E. 200 S. This is a public meeting, and the public is welcome to attend. WORK SESSION 3:30 PM The purpose of this discussion is a review of the RC Zone WORK SESSION 5:00 PM The purpose of this discussion is the Zions Bank Water Study Results REGULAR SESSION 6:00 PM Welcome - Mayor Richard Sorensen Pledge of Allegiance - by invitation Opening Ceremony - Lewis Johnson Public Comments: Residents will be allotted three (3) minutes. Reasons include A. Discussion of the purchase, exchange, lease, or sale of real property, when public discussion would disclose the value of the property or prevent the authority from completing the transaction on the best possible terms. B. Strategy session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. C. Strategy session to discuss collective bargaining. D. Strategy session regarding pending, or imminent litigation. E. Strategy session to discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems. F. Discussion of investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct. This meeting may be held electronically to permit one or more of the council members or staff to participate.

- Because of technical difficulties there is no recording of the Work Session at 5:00. The TC Meeting has three files because of adjourning for a closed session and because the recorder accidently got unplugged near the end.
