- DELTA CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City Council of Delta, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at the Delta City Municipal Complex located at 76 N 200 W in Delta, Utah, beginning promptly at 6:50 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to present and accept comments on Ordinance 25-318 for the Adoption of Delta City Transportation Master Plan. /s/ Sherri Westbrook, Delta City Recorder
- Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
- THE PUBLIC IS ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS. Furthermore, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Delta will make reasonable accommodations for those needing assistance to participate in our meetings. Requests for meeting assistance can be made by e-mailing the Delta City Recorder, swestbrook@delta.utah.gov or calling 435-864-2759 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.

- The City Council may conduct an Electronic Meeting so that a member of the Public Body may participate, pursuant to UCA ยง52-4-207, (1953), as amended.

- Be advised the City Council may commence a Closed Meeting, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Section 52-4-204 and Section 52-4-205, (1953), as amended. Agenda items are considered flexible and may be conducted sequentially different than listed. Individuals and entities that have business before the City Council should be present at meeting commencement.
