- INVITATION TO BID Tooele City 90 North Main Tooele City, Utah 84074 Notice is hereby given that TOOELE CITY CORPORATION (OWNER) will accept bids for the 2025 Tooele Library Stamped Concrete Project. The Tooele Library Stamped Concrete Project consists of the demolition and offsite disposal of approximately 3,025 square feet of existing sod, and the furnishing and installation therein of approximately 2,700 square feet of new colored, stamped concrete. Separate sealed bids will be received by the OWNER in Room 227, of the Tooele City Municipal Offices located at 90 North Main, Tooele, Utah 84074 until 2:00 PM on Monday September 22, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Project Specifications will be issued in digital format (PDF), and may be obtained by contacting the Library Director at the Tooele City Library, 128 West Vine, Tooele, Utah 84074 beginning on Friday September 5, 2025 during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by calling (435) 882-2182. All Bidders must obtain the bid documents directly from the City in order to be considered for Award of Bid. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Prospective BIDDERS are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference which will be held at the Tooele City Library located at 128 West Vine Street, Tooele, Utah 84074 at 10:00 AM on Thursday September 11, 2025. The object of the conference is to acquaint BIDDERs with the site conditions, specifications, and to answer any questions which BIDDERs may have concerning the project.
