- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LAND MANAGEMENT CODE AMENDMENTS September 16, 2025, Planning Commission Meeting & September 23, 2025, Town Council Meeting SEPTEMBER 16, 2025 The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to the Brian Head Town Code, Title 9 (Land Management Code), Chapters 1-8 (Noticing) and Chapter 12-2 (Lot Standards) during the regular meeting of the Planning Commission on September 16, 2025 scheduled to begin at 1:00PM or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall Council Chambers located at 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT 84719. - Comments are limited to three minutes, and written comments may be submitted to the Deputy Clerk at cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail to PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than September 15, 2025, by 5:00PM Those wishing to review the details of the proposed amendments may do so at the Town offices located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT, during regular business hours of Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM or by calling the Town offices at (435)677-2029 during normal business hours.

- In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Nancy Leigh (435)677-2029 at least three days prior to the meeting.
