- Woodland Hills City Council Meeting Agenda August 12, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Council will hold its Regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Woodland Hills City Website at www.woodlandhills-ut.gov for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. A. CALL TO ORDER 1. Call to Order- Mayor Winder 2. Invocation- Council Member Hillyard 3. Pledge- Council Member Hutchings B. PUBLIC HEARING 4. Truth in Taxation and Certified Tax Rate C. BUSINESS AND DISCUSSION 5. Resolution 2025-19 Setting the Certified Tax Rate for Woodland Hills City 2026 Fiscal Year D.
