Excuse Board members not able to attend. 3. Approval of PAR Board minutes 4. Recognize visitors 5. Reminder - This is a board meeting wherein board topics need to be discussed. It is not a public outreach meeting so there is no accommodation for public 'discussion' other than a public comment, unless approved by the conducting authority. 6. Public Comment period (limited to 15 minutes; 3 minutes per person or subject). No action can be taken. 7. Arts Park Update - Stacey Child 8. Emily Larsen- Festival Street Update 9.
