- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pledge of Allegiance/roll call 2. Approval of meeting minutes for 07-23-2025 3. Sheriff's report 4. Mayor's Recognition Award 5. Public hearing for request from Blaine Russell to vacate Charles Hill Street 6. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate Charles Hill Street 7. Appointment of director and assistant for Clover Museum 8. Consideration to purchase new furnace for town hall 9. Approval to purchase laptop for cemeteries 10. Fire department report 11. Council reports 12. Safety topic 13. Payment of bills 14. Public comments 15.
