- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Planning Commission of Fairfield, Utah, shall hold a Public Hearing On September 3, 2025, @ 7:00 P.M., At the Town Office, 121 West Main Street, Fairfield, Utah. Notice of Public Hearing The Fairfield Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on the following: Revisions to the Town's water regulations. Revisions to the Airport Zone found in Town Code § 10.11.260. Revisions to the Airport Overlay found in Town Code § 10.11.275. Fairfield Industrial Park Development Agreement, approximately located at 400 S Allens Ranch Road. Meeting Date: Wednesday, September 3, 2025, 7:00 p.m. Meeting Location: Fairfield Town Office 121 West Main Street Fairfield Town, UT 84013 Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84690571210?pwd=DiZROJorp1mDLS20hIV0KT4JqbogqU.1 Meeting ID: 846 9057 1210 Passcode: 806234 The proposed application, staff reports, and associated informational materials will be available for review on the Town's website, fairfieldtown.gov, by September 1st at 5 pm. Printed copies are available if needed during office hours. To provide public comment, email sshelley@fairfieldtown-UT.gov. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearing.
