- ALPINE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Alpine City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Alpine City Hall, 20 North Main Street, Alpine, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on the following items: - Proposed Rezone of parcels from the CR-40,000 Zone to the Business Commercial (B-C) Zone. o 11:023:0024 (471 S Alpine Highway) o 11:023:0141 (481 S Alpine Highway) o 11:023:0009 (491 S Alpine Highway) o 43:307:0002 (625 S Alpine Highway) The 150-foot strip along Alpine Highway.
