- BEAVER CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA FOR August 26, 2025 - 5:00 P.M. BEAVER CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS - 30 W. 300 N., BEAVER, UT 84731 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Beaver, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Matt Robinson 2. Opening: City Recorder Patty Simard and BSA Scout Troop #323 3. Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes from July 08, 2025 4. Approval of bills for August 13, 2025, June 2025 and August 25, 2025 5. Declaration of Conflicts with or personal interest in any agenda items 6. Aaron Richardson Event Center Impact Fee Discussion and Approval 5:30 p.m. 7. Skate Park Proposal and Discussion - Clay Draper 5:45 8. Rodeo committee update 6:00 9 Donation for Livestock Booster club 6:15 10. 300 North City Project Discussion 11. Donation of Golf Green Tarps Discussion 12. Upcoming Increase from Waste Management Discussion 13. 2240 N 400 W Property walk through 14. Reports, Updates, Old Business Follow Up: Elected Officials and Staff 15. Public Comment: 16. CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical, mental health or criminal conduct of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, or water when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property or prevent the City from completing the transaction on the best possible terms; to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, discussions regarding security of City devices or systems. 17. ACTION: Any action to be taken as a result of or arising from discussions had in the closed session. 18. ADJOURNMENT: CERTIFICATE OF POSTING/DELIVERY: The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that the above Notice of Agenda was posted this 25th day of August, 2025, 24 hours in advance of the meeting. A copy of the foregoing notice of agenda was posted on the Public Meeting Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Beaver City website www.beaverutah.net and posted at the Beaver City Center.
