Public comment may be taken on relevant and credible evidence regarding the application's compliance with the ordinance. 8. Discussion and consideration for a major home occupation for Larkin Lawncare located at 467 N 4000 W; Daniel Gayton, applicant Legislative Items Legislative items are recommendations to the City Council. Broad public input will be taken and considered on each item. All legislative items recommended at this meeting will be scheduled for review at the next available City Council meeting. 9. Discussion and consideration to rezone 0.71 acres located at 1383 N 4350 W from A-40 and R-2 to R-1 Residential (2.2 units per acre); Jason Hamblin, Applicant a. Public Hearing b. Action 10.
