- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Monday, August 11, 2025, Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. Residents that would like to address the Council must submit their questions or concern in writing to the City Office at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email eurekacity@eureka.utah.gov. The agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 pm PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. ROLL CALL. 7:10 pm DISCUSSION ITEMS/ACTION ITEMS. 1. Shay Morrison R6 Community Advisor. 2. Review of Ordinances, Reminder of Scheduled Public Hearings. 3. Unfinished Business. 4. Items for Future Meetings. 8:00 pm CITIZEN COMMENTS. (Citizens who have submitted their questions or concerns in writing prior to the meeting may speak at this time, if present, but will be limited to two minutes each.). 8:15 pm CONSENT AGENDA. 1. Approval of Consent Agenda Items. 8:20 pm REPORT OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES. 1. Council Member Jeremy Snell 2. Council Member Tom Nedreberg. 3. Council Member Travis Haynes. 4. Council Member Scott Pugh. 5. Mayor Toni Dever. 8:40 pm EXECUTIVE MEETING. 1. Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 9:00 pm ADJOURNMENT.
