- Mount Ogden Public Infrastructure Districts No.1-3 Board of Trustees Amended Board Meeting Notice & Agenda Meeting Agenda Date: Time: Public Location: Wednesday, March 15, 2023 CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), Board Meeting 3:30 PM 6955 South Union Park Center, Suite 300, Salt Lake City, UT 84047 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Michael Jensen at 801-824-3702 at least 24 hours prior to meeting. Members of the Board may participate electronically. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. 1. Call To Order: Opening Statement: As the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Mount Ogden Public Infrastructure Districts No.1-3, I hereby call this regular meeting of the Board of Trustees to order at 3:30 P.M. on March 15, 2023, at the anchor location: CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), 6955 South Union Park Center, Suite 300, Salt Lake City, Utah 84047. In compliance with the requirements of Utah's Open and Public Meetings Law: (i) notice of this meeting has been duly posted and published, and (ii) this meeting is being recorded and minutes of the meeting, in its entirety, are being kept. 1.1 Board Members Present 1.2 Other District Representatives and Presenters 2. Citizen Public Input: 2.1 Public has up to 3 minutes to discuss matters relating to items on the District's agenda 3. Consent Agenda: 3.1 Approval of Minutes: a. January 25, 2023 4. Public Hearings: 4.1 None 5. Discussion Items: 5.1 Consideration and Approval of the Administrative Policies & Procedures 5.2 Consideration of the CLA's Master Service Agreement & Statements of Work 6. Other Internal Business from Board Members and Staff Motion to Adjourn
