- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Mayfield Town - Park and Road Impact Fees Notice is hereby given that Mayfield Town will hold a Public Hearing on September 10, 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Mayfield Town Hall, 52 N Main Street, Mayfield, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) for Parks and Roads. The analysis has been prepared in accordance with the Utah Impact Fees Act (Utah Code Title 11, Chapter 36a) and identifies the costs of public facilities necessary to serve new development within the Town. The proposed impact fees are as follows: - Roads: $1,739.43 per dwelling unit - Parks and Open Space: $3,281.25 per dwelling unit The IFFP and IFA are available for public review at the Mayfield Town Hall during normal business hours and on the Town's website at www.mayfieldtownut.gov . All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment. Written comments may also be submitted to the Town Clerk at abennett@mayfieldtownut.gov prior to the hearing.
