- NOTICE and AGENDA OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION July 9, 2025, 6:00 PM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on the 9th day of July 2025 to begin promptly at 6:00 PM at Ephraim City Hall located at 5 South Main, Ephraim, Utah. The public is also invited to participate by joining the meeting online by contacting City Staff prior to the meeting. Please note that as with all public meetings, this event will be recorded and made publicly available. AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. PUBLIC HEARING ACTION ITEMS a. Oberg Rezone- The applicants, Craig and Diane Oberg, are requesting the Amendment to the Ephraim City Zoning Map to rezone property located near 200 N and 400 W to the Industrial (I) Zone for the purpose of expanding their current business. The property is currently zoned General Commercial (C2).Click here for staff report 3. PUBLIC MEETING- AGENDA ITEM a. Cedar Point Subdivision- The applicant, Joseph Gallagher with CVG-Ephraim South LLC, is requesting the subdivision to divide a portion of Assessor's Parcel 6198, consisting of approximately 2 acres, into 12 parcels, ranging between.139 and .191 acres for the purpose of a single-family subdivision.
