- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, July 28, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Chairman Kent Poulson conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) I. Public Hearing 6:00 p.m. Public hearing on proposed changes to the Annabella Town Construction Standards II. Planning Commission Meeting A. Roll call B. Approval of minutes III. Business A. Consideration and discussion of proposed amendments to the Land Use Ordinance B. Review current conditional use permits C. Review building permit applications D. Other business IV. Adjourn. I hereby certify that the foregoing notice and agenda was posted at the Annabella Town Office, website sweethomeannabella.com, posted on the Utah Public Notice website and sent to each member of the Annabella Planning Commission.
