- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington County Water Conservancy District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at 533 E. Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah, to consider adoption of a Joint Agency Regional Water conservation Plan.
