- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in a combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, August 25, 2025, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Public Works Update - Discussion & Consideration of Bids to Relocate a Shed for Public Works - Discussion & Consideration of the Approach Permits - Emergency Management Update - Discussion & Consideration of Resolution No. 25-09; A Resolution Supporting Participation in the All Hazards Multi-Jurisdictional Mitigation Planning Process and Adoption of the All Hazards Multi-Jurisdictional Mitigation Plan - Award the Crossroads Building HVAC Controls Upgrade Bids - Building & Grounds Update - Discussion & Consideration of the Board of Equalization (BOE) Adjustments - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Surplus - Consideration of Minutes of the Combined Commission Meeting held August 18, 2025 - Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring & Weekly Updates on Events - Discussion & Consideration of County Volunteers - Human Resource Update - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devices, or Systems; and 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting
