- Call to order: Mayor Chuck Bigelow Agenda Items: 1. Public Hearing - Presentation of Sewer Master Plan and invitation for public comment. 2. Public Hearing - Invitation for Public Comment creating an Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and performing an Impact Fee Analysis (IFA). 3. Canvass of Primary Election. 4. Bryan Van Tassell, Manti Utah Stake - Request to address Mayor & Council regarding planning for Community Day of Service. 5. Discussion and consideration of Resolution 2025-5, adopting a Sewer Master Plan. 6. Discussion and consideration concerning creation of and Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and creation of an Impact Fee Analysis (IFA). 7. Continuing Business. a. Proposed Veterans' Memorial b. Discussion concerning compensation for Mayor and City Council c. Request to ease square footage and 2nd floor restrictions in 'Accessory Dwelling Unit' code (17.40.040) d. Historic Preservation Commission e. Short-term rental ordinance f. Inland Port project 8. Councilmember Reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 9. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 10. Mayor Chuck Bigelow. 11. Consideration of approval for minutes of last Council Meeting (July 2nd Public Hearing and Council Meeting) 12. City Manager Kent Barton. 13. Closed Session - for discussion (if needed).
