- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA RIDGES ESTATES INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF RIDGES ESTATES INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON MONDAY, AUGUST 25, 2025 AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095 AT 1:00pm A. Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items Not applicable. C. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on May 27, 2025. 2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since last board meeting. D. Action Items 1. Consider engaging a service provider to provide district management services to the District and authorizing the District Chair to obtain proposals from Clifton Larson Allen LLP, and other services providers to provide such district management services to the District. E. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any infrastructure financing district business. F. Adjourn The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing reasonable accommodations for those in need of assistance.
