CHAIRMAN'S WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call 2. CONSENT ISSUES a. Financial Reports b. Approval of Bills & Payroll c. Approval of Minutes 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Discuss and Approve Fraud Risk Assessment b. Discuss and Approve Rate Increase on Residential Garbage/Grove Area 4. OLD BUSINESS a. None 5.
