- Tremonton City Corporation Planning Commission January 31, 2023 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 5:30 p.m. AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Approval of minutes - October 25, 2022 & December 13, 2022 4. New Business: a. Final review & approval of Integrated Land Use Plan - Sam Taylor, Landmark Design (joining electronically) 5. Planning commission comments/reports 6. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Commission may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Cynthia Nelson no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted January 26, 2023, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting. A copy of the agenda was delivered to the Leader (Newspaper) on January 26, 2023. ____________________________ Cynthia Nelson, Deputy Recorder *Utah Code 52-4-202, (6) allows for a topic to be raised by the public and discussed by the public body even though it was not included in the agenda or advance public notice given; however, no final action will be taken.
