- NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Woodland Hills Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing followed by a regularly scheduled meeting on July 16, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT 85653. Creation of a Community Development Director, including Changes to Titles 9,10, and 11. B. Meeting Agenda 4. Call to Order- Chairman Frandsen 5. Invocation- By Invitation 6. Pledge of Allegiance- By Invitation 7. Public Comment C. Business and Discussion 8. Approval of June 18, 2025 Meeting Minutes 9. Decision and Recommendation on Revision to City Sign Ordinance 10.13.2: Letter D Establishing Regulations 10.
