- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING July 16, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting July 16, 2025 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 P.M. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. Administer Oath of Office for new City Recorder 2. MOTION: CONSENT AGENDA - Approval of June 18, 2025 City Council Minutes - City Claims and Review of Financials 3. Discuss/approve/deny: Business license 4. Discuss/approve/deny: Emery Rodeo Team Sponsorship 5. Discuss/approve/deny: Approval of assistant fire chief - Fire administrative salaries 6. Discuss/approve/deny: USU Eastern heavy equipment and trucking agreement 7. Discuss/approve/deny: 40'x45'x6' Concrete pad bid 8. Discuss/approve/deny: Fraud risk assessment - Devin Wilson 9. Discuss/approve/deny: Railing at rodeo grounds 10. Discuss/approve/deny: Acquiring a new vehicle for the maintenance department 11. Discuss/approve/deny: Formation of a Board of Adjustment 12. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. If necessary, executive session may be held in accordance with the Utah Code 52-4-205. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above agenda was posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Huntington City Website and at Huntington City Hall. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
