- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Garland Planning Commission on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 and the Garland City Council on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 7:00 pm or thereafter. The meeting will be held at the Garland City Offices at 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah, for consideration and possible action on the request for a rezoning of property: 1) Consideration and possible action on the request for a rezoning of the property located at 657 West Factory Street (parcel no. 06-064-0053) from the AG (Agricultural) zoning district to the RM-12 (Residential Multiple) zoning district.
