- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following events will be held at the Milford City Administration Building which will involve members of the Milford City Council and Milford Planning and Zoning Commission. A business meeting for the City Council Members will commence to allow for business to be conducted after which the City Council and Planning Commission members will be gathering to participate in a General Plan Open House where no business will be conducted. 5:45 PM - Business Meeting for City Council Ordinance 05-2025 'Two-Way Traffic on 300 North between 300 West and 500 West' Resolution 11-2025 'Supporting American 250 Utah Celebration' Adjournment of Business Meeting. 6:00 PM - General Plan Open House No business will be conducted. CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY & POSTING I, Monica D. Seifers, duly appointed and acting City Recorder do hereby certify that the above Notice and Agenda was posted in three public places within the Milford City Limits on this 28th day of July, 2025. These public places being 1) Milford City Office; 2) U.S. Post Office; and 3) Milford Public Library. The foregoing 5Notice and Agenda was also delivered to each member of the governing body and posted on www.utah.gov/pmn and linked to www.milfordcityutah.com and
