- CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is given that the Farmington City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 at City Hall 160 South Main, Farmington, Utah. A work session will be held at 6:00 pm in Conference Room 3 followed by the regular session at 7:00 pm. in the Council Chambers. The link to listen to the regular meeting live and to comment electronically can be found on the Farmington City website www.farmington.utah.gov. If you wish to email a comment for any of the listed public hearings, you may do so to dcarlile@farmington.utah.gov WORK SESSION - 6:00 p.m. - General Plan Presentation - I-15 Landscaping Discussion - Discussion of regular session items upon request REGULAR SESSION - 7:00 p.m. CALL TO ORDER: - Invocation by Mayor Brett Anderson - Pledge of Allegiance by Councilmember Alex Leeman PRESENTATIONS: - Introduction of Fire Captain Bobby Anderson and badge pinning ceremony - Recognition of Farmington City for earning the GFOA Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting PUBLIC HEARINGS: - Consider approval of amendments to the General Plan. SUMMARY ACTION: 1. Approval of Minutes 07.15.25 2. Consider approval of the Water System Connection Agreement with the Trail Subdivision GOVERNING BODY REPORTS: - City Manager Report - Mayor Anderson & City Council Reports ADJOURN CLOSED SESSION - Minute motion adjourning to closed session, for reasons permitted by law.
