- Notice is hereby given that the Mt. Nebo Water Agency Board of Directors will hold a special meeting in the Spanish Fork City Library, Heritage Room, 80 S Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. 1. Call to Order 2. Introductions (5 minutes) 3. Purpose and Function of the Mt. Nebo Water Agency (15 minutes) - Melanie McVicker, Goshen Valley Local District 4. South Utah County Water Demands and Infrastructure (65 minutes) a. South Utah County Population Projections - Cory Pierce, Spanish Fork City b. Nebo Water Project - Roger Pearson, Central Utah Water Conservancy District c. Highline Canal Enclosure - Marty Larsen, Highline Canal Company d. Strawberry Valley Project - Sterling Brown, Strawberry Water Users Association e. Groundwater Management Plan - Steve Jones and Chris Thompson, Hansen, Allen & Luce f. Questions and Answers (15 minutes) 5. Adjourn
