- NORTH LOGAN CITY 2023 CERTIFIED MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION RESULTS I, Scott Bennett, the duly chosen, qualified and acting City Recorder of the City of North Logan, County of Cache, State of Utah, hereby certify that the following is a true, correct copy of the Canvass Report for the August 12, 2025, Municipal Primary Election. This report was reviewed and certified by the Board of Municipal Canvassers for the City of North Logan, Utah on August 19, 2025. CITY COUNCIL At-Large (2 Seats, 4-Year Terms) EMILY SCHMIDT 878 - Nominated LARRY N HEPWORTH* 582 - Nominated TIM MCCABE* 451 - Nominated KIRK K. LARSEN* 427 - Nominated HOLLY A GUNTHER 324 - Eliminated TOTAL VOTES 2,662 Scott Bennett, City Recorder North Logan, UT * Nominated for the office of North Logan City Council for the Municipal General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, and whose name will appear on the official ballot of said election.
