- PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA TUESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2025 - 4:00 P.M. PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS 35 E. 100 N., PAROWAN, UT 84761 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Parowan, Utah, will hold a special city council meeting beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. The Council will meet in the Council Chambers located at 35 East 100 North, Parowan, Utah. This is a public meeting, and anyone is invited to attend. The public is also welcome to view the meeting electronically on the 'Parowan City Live Stream' YouTube channel. COUNCIL MEETING 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Mollie Halterman 2. Declaration of Conflicts With or Personal Interest In any Agenda Items: City Councilmembers 3. Public Comments (3 minutes each) ACTION AGENDA: 4. Award Bid for Auditor from Requested Proposals 5.
